A delicious and slightly spicy twist on classic deviled eggs, perfect for parties.

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon chili garlic sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh herbs (like chives or parsley) for garnish
  • Paprika for garnish

Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot of cold water. Bring the water to a boil, then cover and remove from heat. Let sit for 12-15 minutes.
  2. Cool the eggs in ice water, then peel them.
  3. Slice the eggs in half and remove the yolks.
  4. Mash the yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, chili garlic sauce, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  5. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
  6. Garnish with fresh herbs and a sprinkle of paprika.
  7. Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.

Notes

To enhance flavor, let the deviled eggs chill in the refrigerator before serving.
