  • 1 package gnocchi
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the shredded chicken and cook until warmed through.
  3. Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the gnocchi, chicken broth, and mixed vegetables, and bring to a boil.
